The use of the website implies the full acceptance of the terms of use described thereafter. These terms of use can be modified and updated at any time. Users of will be informed either directly by mail or by simple post on the website.

The website is accessible at any time to users. However, kidscode may decide to shut it down for maintenance purposes after having well communicated the dates and time to our users.

The website is regularly updated by kidscode’s technical team. In the same way, the legal notices can be modified at any time: they however impose themselves to the user who is invited to refer to it as often as possible in order to be fully aware of them.

The purpose of is to provide information on all of the company’s activities.

Kidscode endeavors to provide on information as accurate as possible. However, it can not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the updating, regardless whether by its own act or by third party who provide this information.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, regardless of the mean or process used, is forbidden, without prior written authorization of kidscode.

Any unauthorized exploitation of the website or any element contained therein shall be deemed to constitute an infringement and shall be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions in force.

6. Limited Responsability

Kidscode shall not be held responsible for direct and indirect damages caused to users’ equipment when accessing and resulting either from the use of material that does not meet the specifications as mentionned in section 4, or the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

Kidscode reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content filed in this space that could breach the applicable legislation in France, in particular the provisions regarding to data protection. If need arises, kidscode reserves the possibility to challenge the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, particularly in case of a racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic message regardless of the medium used (text, photograph…).

7. Use of personal data.

In France, personal data are  protected by Act N° 78-87 of 6th January 1978, law n° 2004-801 6th August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24th October 1995.

When using the website, the following may be collected : the URL of links through which the user accessed, the access provider of the user, the Internet protocol (IP) address of the user.

In any event, kidscode collects personal information regarding the user exclusively for service related purposes. The user provides these information in all-awareness as he/she proceeds by himself to their input. It will then be precised to the user of the website whether or not it is obliged to give these details.

As accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and mindful law No 78-17 of 6th January 1978 relating to data processing,  files and freedoms, any user has a right of access, modification and opposition to personal data on his behalf,  by performing a written and signed request, followed by a copy of an identity document bearing the signature of the holder and exhibiting the address to which the reply should be sent

No  personal user information of the website is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any medium to third-parties. Only the likelihood event of the purchase of kidscode and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the potential purchaser who would  in turn hold the same obligation of retaining and modifying the data vis-à-vis the user of

The website contains a certain a number of hyperlinks to other websites, put in place with the authorization of kidscode. However, kidscode does not owe responsibility for websites hence visited due to its inability to verify each content and therefore will not assume any responsibility.

Any dispute relating to the use of the website is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is conferred to the competent courts in Paris.
