We are inviting you to participate in the digital revolution of education by creating content in our educational video game platform.
The teach the World program aims to unite teachers (who are active, but also retired and future teachers) who value the child’s learning process via the digital world and who would like to participate in the creation of educational content.
The educators receive full access to the kidscode platform and its creation tools, as well as training to create content on our software and assistance from our team and the teachtheWorld community
The possibility to create educational content within a sandbox video-game environment, whether the content is exercises which are marked out and offer gradual and adaptive challenges (we call them ‘fenced worlds’), worlds which can simulate real life phenomena or open worlds which give free rein to construction and creativity.
A way to increase the value of your content by having a greater impact on the skill development of each student particularly in the collaborative, creative, communicative and problem solving fields.
By trying our software, you will find a wide variety of options to create exercises in kidscode which offer a new dimension for the creation of educational content, whether they will be used for a specific subject or in a theme based cross-curriculum project
The access to personal and group performance indicators based on the content you have created.
The possibility to share your educational content and make them instantly available to children worldwide (you can also restrict access to students of your school only).
Opportunities to share your knowledge within the teach the World community with teachers from all over the world.
The possibility to write articles directly for the kidscode blog aimed at teachers, students and parents worldwide.
In summary, teach the World is an exciting community-based experience, rewarding on the personal level and gratifying for your teaching experience.
You need to register for a School or Home membership on the kidscode platform. This is a preliminary step which grants access to all content creation tools within the teach the World program and to all the worlds we have already created.
How to register on kidscode
We advise you to start by launching the tutorial world and gradually discover the different features and possibilities our platform can offer by experimenting them with your students.
These worlds are just a few examples of the type of content you may be able to create. But the objective of kidscode is for you to be able to express your projects and let your creativity flow. With teach the World, we want you to let your wishes and your imagination explore new territories.
As a registered teacher, you will have access to the tools and content creation tutorials. You can choose whether you want to create exercises inside a pre-build map, or in a flat and borderless environment
If you do not have any experience and do not play video games, don’t worry, we will help you. Kidscode is also a community that helps teachers to progress!
